Hi Sheeni, I'd try looking in Saathee magazine - you can also see it online at www.saatheemag.com ( I think!) It has ads for services like this - people who cook in their home and will cater their food on a weekly basis. This includes rotis, etc. good luck!

I never would have known what desi is if it wasn't for citydata. Today while listening to talk radio I heard someone saying how great this Indian food website is for the modern cook. She said she's made a lot of recipes &they've come out good, so I thought I'd share. hungry desi — Encouraging food coma - a state of blissful contentedness induced by passionate cooking and good food - one recipe at a time.
Oh & there's an Indian grocery store on Polk street in Pineville called Payal.
