Bumping this back up - it seems that the original builder for this neighborhood went belly up or they backed out and now it is True Homes - does anyone have any positive or negitive thoughts of this developement or area and Builder ?

Thanks

We looked there a few months ago and really liked the neighborhood and the homes are goegeous. There were still quite a few lots left but we chose closer in to town at the end.

We are looking at Copper Run and our only downside is how far out it is. I wish there was a better way to get to 485, all the roads are smaller which is nice (and part of what we like about the area) but it just takes quite awhile to get to a larger, faster moving road which makes the commute long. Any thoughts on the quality of the homes themselves?

@honeyk9, I'm not fond of True Homes. I've walked through some of their homes in various communities and various price points. They are all built to minimum code standards, and all use the same lower end materials. You do get a lot of square footage for the price, the quality is not there.
