New Trash Trucks in Union County

It's Hawk Waste. Tomorrow's trash day, last week the trucks were unmarked, so will keep my eye out for the trucks tomorrow.

So it's trash day and we are back to the old trucks, so the new truck I saw a few weeks ago must have been some sort of test or trail run? So we haven't quite advanced just yet.

I used it for a couple years but decided to stop using just to cut some spending. I think it is a great idea especially where HOA require trash tote stored in garage and the smell those totes can create. Also may be good for those homes at the beach. The guy is an average joe that does alot of tinkering and came up with the design. It lifts your tote into his truck upside drown and sprays and sanitizes. The truck carries a tank of 100s of gallons and the dirty water is self contained for proper disposal. I know he has contract for Charlotte Nights stadium and I see the truck around town occasionally. When I talked to him a couple years ago he had hoped to find an investor or sell the concept so he could expand the # of trucks to cover larger market and possibly franchise idea as well as fine tune the truck design.
