Look to the eastern skies. Plenty of major contraband firing up from my development at 10 pm.

There's a brass band concert Friday (3rd) at 7:30 in the evening. From the town website:

The Town of Mint Hill is sponsoring a concert by The Queen City Brass Band on July 3, 2009 on the front lawn of Town Hall, located at 7151 Matthews-Mint Hill Road, at 7:30 pm.

Pinelake Country Club usually has a more than decent fireworks display around 9:00 pm or so

Yeah, you might just find a bunch of fireworks being fired off around Lawyers Road area too. Not sure how they could have gotten up here from SC though.

Yeah, I've heard them the last 3 nights - never seem to last long though, so either they didn't bring very many up from SC, or enforcement is really on top of it around here...
