Hello,

I am looking for an AAU team that is looking for boys in the 14U age group. If an aau team can't be found then I would like to play in a summer league that hasn't started as of july 7. Any teams in charlotte are good. I don't want to play yes i can but if anyone knows of any leagues or aau teams please reply to my thread.

Unfortunately I think you are too late for summer ball - start gearing up for fall. You may want to check out MARA in Matthews if you move to the southern side of Charlotte - great program, lots of teams. Another big program is Park Sharon - good luck, hope you find the right place to play

They are always recruiting for all teams. Right now you are out of luck for most summer programs. QCAA is six weeks into it already. But they have good fall league and than AAU season right after that.

Not sure your level of play. If you are a very good player you won't find Rec League too challenging (MARA, PArk Sharon, WCWAA) unless you play up in age. QCAA is a good organization and do travel ball (USBAA, AAU) but season is nearing end. There are many travel teams that play USBAA, AAU in Charlotte that start in the Spring and there are teams that are nationally ranked here in Charlotte. You might check with Carolina Courts www.carolinacourts.com as they have leagues year round and some great programs (and top notch facility) located in south part of Charlotte (Indian Trail).
