hello all, i just came down and visited the lake norman area of mooresville.absolutely loved it ..traffic stinks but not much different than long island ..beautifull homes nice people cant wait to move ..but i was curious i was told that a home depot is being built on 150 in mooresville and i cant find any info on that ...is that a fact or still being decided and if its being built does anyone know or can find out the trailer # for the new HD ..that is where i work and plan to transfer but my manager needs the # to find out more info . i went to birkdale village wow super clean nice area to just get out and walk and shop if you could afford it lol expencive shops but really beautifull layout...ive been told that the lake norman schools were some of the best schools around? if you know differently please let me know but the area around that school district seemed so sweet to live..off of brawley school rd. the developments were set up nicely very neiborly thanks for your help

Not sure about the HD in Mooresville but there is one within 5 mins of Birkdale. Hope this helps some.

Arent they building a new HomeDepot on HWY 16 near 73?? I know there's a Wal-Mart, but wasnt sure if the other one was gonna be LOWES or HD?

They've been talking about a HD in Mooresville for years but it has never materialized. We have to go to Cornelius or Statesville. As far as homes in lake norman school district, yes they are nice. Be careful of anything off Brawley School Road because traffic is still really bad with no help anytime soon.
