I have never been to a NASCAR race but I know my father-in-law is a fan so I've been looking at getting some tickets. Anyway, my company's getting a discount for 4 seats at $25 a piece at the Toyota 4th Turn spot.

This is for October's Bank 500 race. Are these good seats? And is this a real good deal or just typical discount?

Thanks in advance

I've seen this kind of promotion over the last couple years for the October race. From an experiencing standpoint I think it's a good deal. Worst part of Lowes is not the seats, but getting in before and out after the race.

Based on LMS' website, this looks like a pretty good deal! Toyota Terrace has the family section in it- no smoking, no drinking- so if either of those is important to you, verify where the seats will be. Otherwise, Ive taken my kids to several races, and we've sat there almost exclusively, and loved it! I would try to get higher in the rows, because you dont get a view of the whole track when you're down low.

They WILL have specials as we get closer to the race - like 4 tix plus hot dog, etc for 89.00 or something...that race should not sell out so be patient...

That's not a bad deal. They are sending that special out to lots of companies and all Emergency Personnel as well.

Just went to LMS yesterday and took the tour which included 2 hot laps around the track, it's a passenger van but still fun none the less. It was only $5 per person. Took our out of town guests.

Anywho, at the track you can rent scanners for the race which allows you to listen to the driver, crew chief and spotter of each car, highly recommended. Make sure you have earplugs if you don't rent the scanners, the cars are very loud. Make sure you go to the restroom before you leave the track as it can take a couple of hours to exit the parking lot (I learned the hard way the first time I went). Have a great time!
