WKB? What subdivisions are they building in?

They built 3 subdivisions here in Charlotte and Matthews. Somerset Springs, Village of St Andrews and Windsor Oaks.
The units, sidewalks and roads are cracking, splitting, floors separating, walls cracking, etc. Builder will not fix or repair even after the courts forced him to. He is trying to sell the last of his units and get out of town.
