If there is a way to look at the proceedings of hearings before the National Labor Relations Board, that would give you some suggestions.

Im going to file a complaint with the DOL anyways but I'd like to talk to an attorney as well.

It is my experience that unless you have an iron clad situation (not based on emotions) that is your only chance. There are not a lot of attorney's that take employment claims unless it is discrimination or harassment. Not sure what your situation is ......
but I have been in your shoes with a VERY iron clad case but due to NC employment laws being in favor of the employer it went no where.

I meant the cases would give you the names of attorneys who appeared before the Board - sorry I wasn't clearer.

since this is a right-to-work state, there really are not any laws to protect the worker. Thus, no real need for labor attorneys.

Thanks Cleveland-I will contact him first thing in the morning.
Cubs-I understand its a right to work state as coming from FL but what is being done to me is total bs and I'm not dealing with it anymore. If an attorney can help me in anyway, than I will pursue it.
