Default Raleigh to RTP traffic vs Huntersville to Charlotte traffic?

Okay, I don't know where my original post went, and I'm sorry if this appears twice.

How does Raleigh traffic compare to Charlotte(Huntersville particularly) traffic?

Is one worse than the other, about the same or one is worse than the other?

Thanks

Not sure about Raleigh traffic, but I can tell you that from standing in my kitchen in Huntersville to sitting at my desk in uptown Charlotte, it takes me 25-35 minutes depending on traffic. Going home is about the same, except for some reason Friday afternoons is always a nightmare... though Friday mornings are smooth.

Default Thanks!

GT,
Thank you very much for that info.
So, it's about the same as my former North Raleigh to RTP trip.

It was an 18 mile trip, and it took from 25 to 40(depending on traffic) minutes to be sitting at my desk in RTP.

I've lived in both areas. My commute on 440 was just about the same as my commute on 77 to 85. Just about 30 minutes, and depending on wreaks/weather it could be shorter or much much longer. But I have not had any issues such as those on Davis Drive at rush hour in Charlotte.

My co-worker now leaves Huntersville at 5:30 and is at his desk in uptown at 6am. Now, granted he walks 10 minutes from his parking lot.

I drive from the University Area to uptown around 6:30, and it takes me the same amount of time, as I park about 10 minutes from my office as well.
