I am looking to buy a townhome in either The Ravencrest or Ardrey Park development Does anyone live in either of those developments that can share there experiences in the neighborhood.

It is very hard to tell much about a community if you are in and out in 20 minutes or so looking at a listing.

Just wondering why there are so many listings in Ardrey Park.

Yes, I live near both. Actually used to live in Reavencrest (the homes, not the townhomes). They are close in distance and the area is very nice. I personally would probably pick Reavencrest if they were both the same price. It's closer to 485 and right by Stonecrest & Blakeney. But either is a good pick.
