Default Townhouse or House for Rent in S. Charlotte
My nanny is looking for a new place starting September 1 closer to us. I have not asked about her price range, but since she is looking in the S. Charlotte/Ballantyne area I'm assuming it's pretty flexible.

Can anyone recommend some general townhomes/homes areas that may be renting? She is in her mid-twenties and would be ideally looking for similar age group representation as best case scenario. She is definitely not interested in apartments or condos.

Look at Craigslist, she should be able to find plenty.

There are at least one or two here in Ayrsley, which would be a great place for someone in their mid-20s, IMO. Bars, restaurants, a movie theater - all within walking distance.
