Atkins Circle, Ballantyne apartments? (Charlotte: for rent, condo, hotel)

Does anyone know anything about Atkins Circle in Ballantyne? Or any other apartments there? Has anyone lived there or viewed the apartments?

I'm not familiar with the one you mentioned but I lived in Plantation Park in Ballantyne for 6 months last year and was happy with it.

CVP, Atkins Circle is the one right across from EarthFare/Red Robin/et al in Toringdon. It's at the 485 on-ramp area, right after 521 ends/begins.

I see them every time I drive by there and think it was a hotel at some point, but I can't figure out what it may have been. It looks nice enough, but I can't for the life of me find anyone who's lived there.

I would say in my professional experience the best properties to work with in the Ballantyne area are Plantation Park, Camden Stonecrest and Camden Ballantyne. I cant state where I work but these properties are very great and will take care of you =). You can message me if you would like.

There was a Meth lab at these apartments a few years ago. Doesn't say much about the new resident screening. the girl who rented the apt. had been busted a few months prior for having a meth lab in her condo near Quail Hollow golf course.

My husband lived in these apartments for 4 months paid by his company. He did not have any issues or see anything strange while he was there. There were a lot of people in their 20s. There is a grill and common area to hang in. Sometimes he heard some parties going on a bit late, but on the weekends.
