I've been read about a proposed mixed use development at the corner of Tom Short and Rea Road.
Will this have any negative effects on neighborhood home prices?
Thoughts or Comments??

I can't imagine that it would. For the retail portion, there's not going to be any big boxes; only small shops, a grocery store, and restaurants. It doesn't look like it will have anything that will attract the riffraff.

There are other commercial spots on Rae Rd and they dont seem to have a negative affect on the house values
