How about a dinner cruise on the Catawba Queen. You can take the cruise next Sat and them meet us all at Jokers Piano bar How romantic would that be? A group of internet people

I think the Fig Tree restaurant is one of the most romantic places around. I can't put my finger on exactly what street it's on...it's close to uptown and is on the road that Monroe Rd turns into. The owners are extremely pleasant, the atmosphere is nothing short of awesome!!

I think going out to McDowell Park in Steele Creek (on Hwy 49 almost to the Buster Boyd Bridge) and watching the sun set over Lake Wylie is very romantic. Then cross the bridge and have dinner at T-Bones on the water

We are right there with you! A dvd and a bottle of wine after the kids go to bed is about as romantic as it gets with our young kids!
