Default custom home builders?

is it possible to have a home built with south florida architecture? I like the european inspired architecture. Thanks for any help

Anything is possible, for instance my FIL bought an acre in Rock Hill from a builder providing he built the house and as long as the plans where from one off the two biggest plan drawers (not going to name them here).
