You arn't kidding! A couple hours after that I grabbed my binoculars to look out my sunroom window to see if any birds were enjoying a new feeder and a little black wasp comes flying at me! It probably flew in above me when I had the door open to toss the swatted spiders out. Not sure what was up with all the creepy crawlies today, jesh!
When I leave here , I'll lay down and turn up the heat prior to preparing one of my fish.
At least with falling temps , these insects will be subdued!!

Yeah , I do too.
Especially the warm nights where you can drive with the windows or top down.
Or the 4:30 A.M. EST departures for the lake. At least we can look forward to spring. That's when it's really pretty around here.

Had a great start to the day! Took the beagle outside, enjoyed the brisk weather, came inside, fed the dog. Woke up DH, started making my breakfast, only to hear strange noises coming from the living room. Mr. Beagle had thrown up his entire breakfast all over the living room rug. I guess he isn't happy about Fall!!!
mornin' all....just in case it wasn't clear...I HATE FALL/cold weather!!
Guess that there is some kind of dog stomach virus going around?? My dogs were doing that last week...or, maybe it was the week before, anyway, it was recent. It was also accompanied by this raucous cough. Gave them some benedryl and after a few days (including the throwing up), they were fine.
