Barking, how are you doing? Did you get through the surgery okay?
Yes. The surgery went well. I had thought that since I had had the same procedure a couple years ago that it would be more or less the same. The reality was that I'd had the same procedure done a year ago. Everything else was different, except for the hospital food. If anything it was worse than I remembered previously.
They are paying a great deal more attention to me this time around & I have a lot of appointments pending with specialists in the upcoming months.
What I am mostly is tired. It was a completely draining experience. They took excellent care of me in the ICU. And I think I had the swiftest discharge in the history of CMC.

I am glad you are back home and doing alright, but it was major surgery anyway you look at it. And you are gonna need time to heal. Hope you are doing okay with pain management.
