I'm back! Well that wasn't so bad after all. 1/2 wait at the License plate place and 1 minute at the tax building. I had to turn in the plate for our Jetta that was totaled and take care of the taxes on it. Both done in just under an hour. So now, I must start studying for the drivers license test.

UGH, I would not wish that on the devil himself.
I restore old things so I am there with very oddball problems on occasion and if I get things worked out in 3 visits, that is good.
Funniest thing I saw all day:

Please say a prayer for my friend, another writer, whose 20 year old son died last night, after complications with surgery. I cannot imagine what she is going through.

Good morning, everyone. It's a bit cool out there today. The temperature dipped down to about 64 degrees, and as of now it's holding steady at 65 degrees.

Well I tried to be the frugal and organised mom. I used my costco coupons at the weekend and bought all sorts of goodies, filled my freezer with shrimp, icecream, chicken breasts etc. I had my dinners planned for the week and today it was to be some fish (from the freezer) with sweet potato chips or fries. I went to bed last night and my 15 year old got himself an ice cream bar and left the freezer door open. AAAAAAAAAggggggggg So much for my organisation and frugality. Back to shopping at HT's on a daily basis.
