Hello, everyone I am in the process of searching for homes in the Charlotte area.
I am looking for something in the area of NoDa or Historical South End I always thought that area was really nice
I am with in the price ranges of::
Rent(which I prefer)- 1,000~1,500
To buy- 150,000~200,000 (or rent to buy situation)
I want one that is at LEAST 2 bed room
nice area
nice home
I need enough room for my 2 friends because we're in the process of getting ready for college.
