Where do you love to have BBQ?
Have family coming into town this weekend. They said they wanted to try BBQ.
So, I need recommendations for BBQ places in and around CLT.
TIA

Hands down THE best in Charlotte is Mac's Speed Shop on South Blvd. I drool over their brisket in particular - YUM. Be sure to use lots of their homemade bbq sauce - SOOOOO GOOD!!

My place is the best, not open to the public. Mac's is good second choice though!

Also there's Lexington Barbecue off of 85/64 in Lexington.
They are renowned throughout the state for good food.
Google it and find the exact location!!
You willn't be let down!!

Yeah, I've been there a few times - it's just okay for me, greasier than I like. Still, they are popular, even my husband loves the ribs!

Trust me on this...
Darrell's Bar-B-Q
117 E Main St
Rockwell, NC 28138
(704) 279-6300
or
Richard's BBQ
522 N Main St
Salisbury, NC 28144
(704) 636-9561
Mac's is OK for bike night, but these places are old school - real deal.
