Anyone know of any nice neighborhoods(homes 400k to 700k) that have lots for sale where you can bring your own builders? Would like to spend less than 100k for a lot. Preferably in Weddington, Fort Mill, Lake Wylie, Clover areas.

You may want to look at Bretagne

http://www.bretagneregions.com/

I'm not sure if you can bring your own builder or not but you can look on the website

Good Luck

Not sure what your time frame is but Bretagne is a LONG ways away.

One of my friends has several lots in their (builder) and he said that they are looking at 2008 before even thinking about scratching the surface.

What about a Waterfront community in Lake Wylie? There are 4 custom home builders to choose from and the lots are all right at $100K.

Heron Cove is actually perfect, exactly what we're looking for. However, they only allow those four builders. We have our own builder we're wanting to use.
