Also, it never hurts to ask at TJ's if they can get other kosher products in at times other than holidays. They can't always swing it, but sometimes it pays off. Plus, if enough people ask so they know there's a market for it, they might expand their selection.
Ok, I just asked my daughter. They (TJ's) are planning on adding kosher beef - it's supposed to be in by the end of the month, but they've had some serious issues with their warehouse, so it might not happen as scheduled.
Oh, and the beef briskets are limited quantity, so if you aren't planning on getting to the store right away you might want to call and reserve one.
