Sunset Point has about 10 homes for sale now, most are in the 200-230K range from what I have seen on the market. Ryan Homes built in here from 2002 to 2006 and there are 145 homes and 85 townhomes. You can check the community out at www.mysunsetpoint.com. If you look at a map of Lake Wylie and find the dam you will be very, very close to where the community is located.

My husband and I are thinking of moving from Boston to Autumn Cove development in Lake Wylie. Is that a good area to start a family? We are looking to purchase a Ryan home. Are the schools good? I looked on line and they didnt get the best rates but I heard they were good. Any other info you can give would be great!!!
