Default Buying my first house, need some info about heathstead
I am buying my first house, and have been looking at Heathstead Condos in the Southpark. I found a couple of them that are in my budget, but not sure about this particular condo community. anyone can give me some insights?

I knew someone who lived there in the late 80s right after they were built. I have not seen them recently but I do agree that is a nice area and the condos were nice at the time. (though lots of traffic) You would want to make the typical checks appropriate for a place that is 2+ decades old.
