I mean, cockaroaches don't discriminate. They actually frequent a lot of restaurants you probably eat at. To answer your question, nobody REALLY knows how clean ANYWHERE is. Any time you eat from a kitchen other than your own it's a risk. My kitchen @ home would have to be inspected by the Health Dept. just like everywhere else. Thanks for asking.

1) Not exactly. Rest. are inspected by the health dept to try to insure what goes in your tummy comes out the right way.

2) It would be inspected ONLY if you registered the business for inspection. Then again, how is that possible in a R-zone?

Well, apparently if its not a go in Charlotte proper, I would have to check out surrounding counties. I don't understand why people are acting like an home-based baking business is such a novel concept. This just blows me.

Pink caddy, she is going to ask the county health departments. That was already covered. You have stated that you don't live here, so are you applying laws where you live to this?
