Yeah I love looking at homes, that's why I got into Real Estate too. Are you going to get your RE license in NC? I am.

Honestly sheena, Im not sure...I really dont want to sacrifice my family as this is a big move....Realtors there are extremely busy which is awesome to make money however I like spending the weekends with my dh and kids..so I will have to leave it as right now NO im not planning on it..Ive done it 5.5 yrs here in NJ and just am burnt...but that can change..lol....

Yes I know what you mean by being burnt. It burns you out fast and you don't have a life. I wasn't talking about doing it for a living, I just want to have it for investing and maybe doing a deal here or there. It's good to have. It's in my blood I have to have a license. LOL

true, but I still have to take the broker course and do I want to sit another 75 hours and take another test not sure yet..LOL Im on referal and can still make money...without having to do very much...

I haven't looked into it yet, I assumed I could transfer the education hours and just brush up for the test.

Kind of what your looking for, a nice chandelier placed in a 2-sotry foyer with a lush yet simple decor.
