Looking for Corporate Apartments...
...in the South Charlotte/Ballantyne areas.
We're having a house built, and the closing for our current house is scheduled for May 31. We'd prefer a furnished, short-term (about 3 months) apartment.
We can pay up to $1650/month if the rent includes everything (usually the case for corporate apartments).
Any recommendations are greatly appreciated!

Some communities do corporate housing themselves, but many work with one of these two companies:
Moderator cut: commercial leasing links
Another option is that you can rent your own apartment and then use Cort Instant Furniture Rental to set up a furniture package. They do just about anything you want, they can provide packages that include very little, or everything - right down to an ironing board, iron, linens and kitchenware.
I've used all three companies in my business, and I think they really all do a great job.
