Has anyone tried Mr Sandless. My floors really need rejuvenating and I don't want to go through the sanding process. I wondered if anyone has tried or knows of someone who had this process done. The commercials look great!

I'v used him with mixed results. When the floor was even in color ie: needs to be refreshed but not needing the usual sanding they were great.
BUT, when the floor could have used a good "regular type sanding" I did not like his work at all. Cheaper that a real sanding, but really not worth it if you need "real sanding".

If you do a search here in the Charlotte forum for "dustless refinishing" I think you'll find another thread where I wrote what I had heard about them...

I'm still on the fence about it myself, hopefully more people will give feedback here!

We had it done on our house in NJ when we put it on the market to sell because it was much cheaper then regular sanding and finishing. I can tell you when he was done it looked nice but our floors were in really good shape to begin with. I can not tell you how durable it is because we sold our house quickly so I did not see how it handled the everyday wear and tear. Good luck!

Default STAY AWAY FORM MR. SANDLESS West Palm Beach

They have destroyed my hardwood floors! Their one-day, no odor process took over 4 days before we kicked them out with an uncomplete job. The odor was so bad I had to find accomodations for my children and pets.

The owner of the local franchise is not working with us to resolve the issue and compensate us for the floors that need to be replaced.
