I have not been able to find much of anything on Lincoln County Schools - I interviewed with this county and I am just curious general OPINIONS of those in the area on the neighborhoods, safety, housing and of course the school system!
Thanks

Best place I know to look is on the Lincoln County website--then once you have the names of schools you are interested in, check them out at www.ncreportcards.org for a complete rundown on the school. Good Luck

I do know that the high schools all been updated and the school system as a whole is in great shape since the county limits growth the school doesnt have overcrowding issues.

It a great laid back down town with very few small sketchy areas

I Live In Stanley, Lincoln County, And The Schools Are Great. All The People In My Sub Division Send Their Kids To The Schools, And I Haven't Heard Of Any Complaints. The Area Is Growing Very Rapidly,so If You Are Considering Moving ,now Might Be A Good Time To Buy As The Prices Of Properties Are Starting To Climb. Moderator cut: soliciting

Spot on. Thank you! One of the best places to look for housing is the Gates at Waterside Crossing.
