Jobs in Charlotte, a positive story
I know so many of you are trying very hard to get a job here.
I too struggled. I mentioned a while back about taking anything to get your foot in the door, even if you are overqualified. Prove yourself and you will be able to move forward.
I took something and I have been working hard for 13 weeks. Yesterday I went to my boss with a problem solving strategy and talked with her about all the extra things I have been doing. Today she called me and offered me a promotion, a contract, and very nice raise.
My point is not to brag (but I am proud), my point is to let those of you out there on the fence about taking that job that really isn't what you want...do it. Good things happen to those who are patient and work hard.
