Do you perhaps mean the area around Stone Creek was more "suburban"? Because honestly, the area is pretty well developed! You have great access there to major roads, including I485, shopping, restaurants - the whole Ballantyne area really.

No I'm not a troll.

Perhaps I used the wrong choice of wording. What I mean by undeveloped is the landscape is new, not mature and lacks trees and shurbs etc.
