Default Xmas road trip
We are a young relocated couple to Charlotte and aren't flying home for the holidays. We were thinking of taking a road trip, somewhere within 4 to 5 hours of Charlotte for Xmas. Any places that are popular or known for having a fun xmas scene down here?

I love Asheville in the winter or Charleston is always fabulous anytime of year!

We have been to both Charleston and Asheville and liked them both. What about Savannah?
