I'm in Kings Mountain. It's just west of Gastonia. There's ground being broken in a couple of places in town. It looks like retail or commercial, either of which might need your skills. If you didn't care for it out here, you could still look in Charlotte & be "local".

I'll let you know when I figure out what these places are going to be. For some odd reason, they don't post the "Coming soon..." signs here until the building is at least halfway completed.

Default get me out of new jersey

not enough to keep me in this corrupt state. i have never read about so many criminals in public office. You wouldn't believe the pensions teachers get up here, unbelievable.

amazing how many people in the educational field make over 100k a year. Thats why taxes are out of hand and 65 percent of taxes go to education up here.

Thanks for the note Sophie

Couple of questions:
1) Are you currently making that kind of money?
2) If yes, why would you not sock away a chunk of that over the next few years to insure a good lifestyle of retirement?
3) What about a second home in Clt. that would be some forward planning for your exit statergy?
4) What gives you the impression you can knock down 80k (or 40K) in Clt?
Would you make the move without a contract in hand?
