Tober-- any idea if those two floor units are going to be scattered through the development or just in that section? I find it kind of stupid they don't have garages...but that's just me.

No idea. Although given how crowded the streets have gotten from all of the on-street parking as it is this year, I'm surprised they would take away the garages, because it looks like all they will have is a one-car driveway.

To be honest, I didn't even notice while they were first putting them up that they were only two floors...we drove by last weekend and were like...hey...those don't look right. But yeah - its basically the second and third floor of the three-story models without the garage and 1st floor bonus room.

I noticed they still have the rear alley, so perhaps they'll have a parking spot out back, too?

Hey Tober-- drove by the new 2-story places on the way to work yesterday and looks like they poured concrete slots behind them, for detached garages maybe?

Or maybe at least covered carports? I'll have to drive over and take a look. The detached garages would not be a bad idea, and probably a good way to keep the base costs up a little higher.

In any event, it looks like most of those units are sold, so that can only be a good thing.
