Cason custom homes (Charlotte: appointed, real estate, home inspection)

has a new development starting in Indian Land SC... (though, this builder builds in NC as well)

Anyone hear anything good/bad about this builder??

Anyone know of any other local or custom builders in NC??

Is Bonterra a good builder?

The development is Chastain...beautiful, small, partially wooded sites from .25-.5 acres. It has 2 builders, Cason and Baker. I bought from Cason...they are GREAT. You are allowed to customize the homes. Prices are great. I had an independent kitchen man, who has worked 25 years in new homes in the greater Charlotte area, tell me Cason builders are one of the best. I would attest to that!!! All of the Cason homes are all brick for under $300K.

I am not happy with my Cason home. There are several issues with out floor and they just want to put a band-aid on the problem. There are still several and I mean several things from our walk through that they did not fix and if they did fix them they did a terrible job. When you ask them about something they have sent someone who not only doesnt speak English but does not understand it. I am a Real Estate agent and have sold many homes and to have a model home with some many nicks and poor paint jobs I am really disappointed

Get a home inspection.
