It sits next to Zapada's Mexican restaurant on the end.

Thanks. I know exactly where that is. We love Zapata's too, but haven't been there in a while. Can't wait to try these burgers!

Glad to see everyone out there stimulating the economy. We went the other day and spent over $60 for burgers, fries and drinks for 2 adults and 2 kids. The kids left there and said that they liked Five Guys better.

Am I cheap or is that too much to spend on burgers and fries??
I was going to ask how it compared to Five Guys but even if the burgers are better I think we won't go at those prices.

Are you sure that price did not include alcohol or appetizers? I've gone there with 3 kids, 2 adults and never made it over $35.
Guys: it's an "upscale" burger place. It's gonna cost more. I love 5 Guys myself. If I am splurging I might go to Big Daddy's. If I am not I might go to 5 Guys. I think most of us will do the occasional eating out thing and still stick to whatever budget works for us at the time.

I just looked at their website. The most expensive burger is $12.00, most are around $8.50 and that price includes fries, drinks are probably the standard $1.99, so let's say the average cost per head is around $10.50 plus tip and tax.....that would be a little over $50?
Premium toppings are $1.00 apiece, w/ an app I could easily see it going over $60.00. Don't they have a kids menu tho? I didn't see on the site, maybe they don't. Oh if you got RedBull to drink I'm sure it woulda been over $60 too.

That's way over our price range. I can make a lot better burgers here at home with lots more to go with it for that price. I guess there are lots of people out here who can better afford these kind of prices but not those of us on set incomes! Unless, of course, I finally win that lottery!!

If it makes any difference their burgers are from grass fed cows. Grass fed beef is said to be lower in fat & therefore calories, altho I think it actually tastes juicier somehow. Not to mention the nutrional difference. I mean if you're at a restaurant, $8 is quite normal for a burger at most places. So considering this is grass fed plus you have a ton options I think it's quite the deal.

They do have a kids' menu. If I recall it includes an entree, side, drink and desert (small ice cream). It runs about $6 or so.
