I don't consider myself a "yankee". Although I wouldn't be opposed to it, NY is not on the top of my list of places I'd like to live (I really like Atlanta. I know, GASP)... and you're right, no, I don't.

I'd be pretty thrilled if the worst thing I was ever called wound up being "Yankee". Given the mud slung my way, you could call me "Yankee" with the worst of intentions and it'd still come off as complimentary.
