Did anyone notice that there was very little traffic today? There weren't any backups on Independence or Idlewild. Very weird for a non holiday.

Who knew that a traffic thread would turn political? BTW, President Bush blamed plenty of things on President Clinton.

"Hello, kettle? This is the pot, you're black"

Would it have anything to do with gas going up .20 in the last week? I doubt it...

Maybe a lot of people don't have a job so they have nowhere to go? Traffic isn't bad here anyways.

I agree that traffic isn't bad even on a normal day. But today there were noticeably less cars on the road. There are two places where there is always a backup because of poorly timed lights but there wasn't anyone there today.

I noticed a considerable decrease in traffic. Weird. I've noticed that 'light' traffic days are usually followed by 'heavy' traffic days... let's see if my prediction comes true for tomorrow.

Your little prediction came true for me. Left earlier than usual and there was more traffic than I usually see at that time.

Hmm...light days and heavy days...
