Right. And Charlotte has quite a large upper middle class. Many kids with too much disposable income will help a business like this to flourish.

I think its a fair question as to ask about who is responsible for this big new supply that the police say is here and have asked the moderator to clarify to me if this question was against the rules... thanks

don't know why you would bother with Heroin. The new choice drug is Oxycodone, and its, unfortunately, very easy to obtain. Has the same effects as Heroin and doctors can prescribe it. It's a huge issue with law enforcement right now in South Florida. The drug war continues...

Looks like Mexico has taken over the heroin cartel in Charlotte and Columbian heroin has taken over the Raleigh-Durham area.
