I am a first time home buyer and looking for 3-4 years time frame to keep it. I looked at couple of homes in Fountaingrove and Arbor Hill sub divisions and liked them in terms of proximity to where I work (UNCC). These are just before the intersection of Mallard creek church road and Mallard creek road while comming from N Tryon.

I will appreciate if some one can please guide me how are these communities and will it hold present value (100$/sqft) 2-3-4 years down the road.

Please advice me.

While no-one can truly predict the market. The neighborhood looks to be nice and hopefully will continue.
