She wants a room for $20 a nite!! And...
pick her up at the airport. WTF has this world come to. One hundred dollars for a week in Charlotte. Hey, I know negotiating is the in thing but, give me a break. I wouldn't give this deal to my own wife. . . whoops, sorry honey, sure I would.You bet, should I would. Maybe.

The Knights Inn on Statesville road and 85 is pretty cheap. It was several years ago when I stayed there, but I think my room was $25 (and then add tax).

Extra hundred bucks goes a long way for some people...there's a another thread in the Charlotte forum talking about a $13/hr job in Indiana that drew 500 resumes, think any of the 499 ppl in Indiana would take a hundred bucks for 5 nights?
If you're savvy enough you can land hotels for just bout that, in Memphis I pay 30 dollars a night to stay at a Doubletree (Hilton brand)
