Ha! Yeah seriously. My house will be right up against Windy Gap and I want the least amount of traffic behind there. The road isn't really designed for heavy traffic anyways. I think once the road reallignment is complete, it will be faster to go out the main entrance.

There must of been a blip when setting up my account here. I checked my server for any email and found nothing, however I can still log in and post, just not IM. if the POC's initials are "K.C.", then I am already on the right track, but if you have another effective path, please let me know...

Thanks again in advance....

I saw the same price drop after I signed. The price went down about $10,000. Just this weekend I got confirmation however that made me feel a lot better. When I signed, I had a Spec Level 4 house. They completely removed Spec Levels bringing everything back to 1 and removed some standard options (totalling $10,000) which adjusted the price down $10,000. I noticed that, as of this past weekend, the price had come back up $7,000, but the Spec Level has remained at 1 so, essentially, I can conclude that the house I am building has actually appreciated $7,000.

When you close ask them to build the house like you signed today. Just make sure you didn't lose any money. Because they will give you the money off.

I'm so disappointed in KB Homes. I went to their website yesterday and found out that the base price for our home dropped 20k.

Is there anybody who bought in Berewick and got a price reduction from KB at closing because of the base price droppings?

No Way, prices were supposed to increase as of june not decrease. I bought in English Trails and prices are holding steady for now.

In Harwood Landing, I noticed its holding steady right now, but 2 weeks ago, it was going up and down.
