haha, just a question. In the pittsburgh area (just north of it) they did it last night! I dont know why, but thats what they did...I wanted to make sure i wasnt the only one out knocking on doors
yeah, for some reason it's different in the midwest. They did the same thing in Ohio. Different suburbs had it on different nights around Halloween, but nobody actually trick or treated on Halloween. People looked at me like I was nuts when I asked when trick or treat was after I moved to the south.
maybe it has something to do with Church on Sundays....
I can see that logic if 31st was on a Sunday
It would seem that would be push in the bible belt
who knows
weird
I have experienced this in two different places before living here. In addition, in one of those towns, we had fireworks for 4th of July on the Saturday before the 4th (unless the 4th was a Saturday).

I truly do not understand this! Especially when Ohio did it this year (trick or treated on Thursday.) I mean if Saturday is not the perfect day for Halloween trick or treating, then I don't know what is. Halloween should be on Halloween!
i am guessing like 630 or 7...right near sun down?
trick or treating always begins as dusk sets in. The smaller the child the earlier you should be out there.
