If your still under Tier 2 you don't have to file a new claim. You will be able to file normally every week even with an expired benefit year.

Log onto your account, is there a link where it says file a new claim?

Ok if it was uncompleted and you also got the message that if you are on EUC that is all you have to do then I believe you are ok. I also got the same message when my benefit year expired and I did file a new claim but after I filed I still had the previous benefit year up. I am afraid that you will probably have to wait a few days until the UI office processes it, atleast thats what happened to me. You will not lose any time.

I know this is happening all over America. I know many people who are living paycheck to paycheck. We are living in very troubled times now.
