We just relocated to Charlotte from Denver with our three kids (husband's job) and are renting a townhouse while we shop for the right house in the right area. We're fairly specific about some of what we want (1 acre+, 4 bedrooms 3000 sq feet+, some sort of neighborhood, big trees) but sort of vague on the rest of it (happy to spend anywhere from $300,000 to $450,000) newer construction or older, fixer or move-in, here or there). We really need a realtor who can help us sort this all out without bias toward North/South Carolina, etc, and put up with all of our children

I'd like someone on the younger side, since we're fairly young ourselves, but experience is important.

I'd love some advice about where to look in terms of areas, and a recommendation for a great realtor
