Southern Christmas show?
@ the Park on Independence (Charlotte Merchandise Mart ) starts Wednesday 11 through Sunday Nov 22.
Thinking of checking this out if I can. Anyone been? Better time to go, meaning less crowded or tips on what to check out? It seems they have a very large number of exhibitors !
Thanks

Time depends on how fast you browse and shop. It's big so you can definitely spend a few hours there. I'm pretty sure most exhibitors accept cards but I always take cash to those kind of places. It'd just easier for me.

Thank you. I also fixed the date. It starts Wed Nov 11. not to tomorrow.
Ok, then with cash, do you bargin? or the price is the price? Hey, these things are good to know. Some shows I have been, when you pay cash, they fix the price.

You're welcome! I've never tried to bargain but hey, it can't hurt to ask!

I've been twice and was delighted each time. During the week is probably best, there will be crowds no matter the day or time. Dress comfortable, eat beforehand, bring water and take your time browsing. It will take you several hours to get through it. Yes, you could barter, I refused to pay the $140 for a wreath. I left the store, came back and she gave it to me for less. Like all the other posters bring cash, I don't trust giving my card to temporary vendors.

Make sure to wear comfortable shoes. It does get a little warm inside so make sure to wear a sweater or sweatshirt that you can take off. If you have a rolling cart bring that too so that you don't have to carry all your items.
