Default Highgove community

My family is planning a move to Charlotte in summer 2010, and we are interested in the Highgrove community on Community House Rd. Can anyone who lives there tell me anything about it?

I live right beside it and know some people who live there. It's a very nice neighborhood and walking distance to a top middle and High School.

My wife's best friend lives there and loves it - gorgeous neighborhood that is not 'too far' out.

Homes in there are lovely, many with a lot of upgrades. The main complaints I have heard from my clients are that lots are too small related to the size of the home.

Wonderful neighborhood with custom homes - each home looks different. Great sized community with much involvement socially between neighbors. Only downside I ever hear about Highgrove is the smaller-sized lots, but if you don't mind that - GREAT options in here. Lots of families with children - walking distance to middle and high school - and shopping center at Blakeney. Everyone I know that lives or buys in Highgrove loves it!!!
