Is there an actual law for this in NC? They had to make one in Illinois. I don't know why it's not common sense for everyone

I drive with my headlights on all the time - day, night, sunshine or rain - it just makes you easier to spot and safer in traffic

I agree-and if you hire a car over there the lights are on auto ON.
