I think they have a Sushi 101 in S Charlotte. I have been to the one in the University area.....delicious!!! That's all I know I know a few in the Lake Norman area but that doesn't help.

Try Jade in Ballantyne Village.

I'm a big Sushi fan and have eaten at all of them several times. This place takes the cake.

Nikko in Ballantyne has gotten top sushi ratings in Charlotte for several years in a row....

I'm not a fan of Sushi 101. I dislike the seating. Feels like you're sitting in a cafeteria. Just a bunch of tables crammed together in an open space. Feels like a fast-food joint to me.

Yeah the seating does feel like that. The sushi was good though.
